Judith Diana
Judith Diana, Pianist,
was rehearsal pianist for Intermountain Opera;
Lucia di
Lammermoor
and
Aida.
A resident of Montana for 2 years, she began as
accompanist for Bozeman H. S.; she now accompanies
at MSU Bozeman; recitals include cellist Amit Peled,
tenors Chris Bengochea and Ravil Atlas, soprano
Laura Loge, performances with Bridger String Quartet
and violinist Michael Certallic. She has developed
a piano teaching studio in her home in Bozeman. The
past two summers have been spent as "Cremona"
(photo-player i.e. organ, piano and percussion
instruments orchestrated and played by the artist)
with the "Illustrious Virginia City Players."
Previous
to Montana, Ms. Diana was a pianist staff member for
three summers in Austria with The American Institute
of Musical Studies. While living in Colorado,
Judith was a member of the Artist Center of Opera
Colorado in Denver, accompanied at the University of
Colorado in Boulder, joined Intermountain Opera in
Bozeman for an Outreach tour with David Cody and Ann
Basinski directing. Judith enjoys performing piano
music (show & jazz tunes, opera medleys, favorite
piano rep) at the Gallatin Gateway Inn and Bravo
Restaurant at the Adams Mark Hotel, Denver.
