Angie Langeliers
Story Angie Langeliers is a
seasoned performer and educator. She is a Billings
native and refined her singing skills under the
direction John Haughey and Rosalie Foster through
high school. She attended Montana State University,
where she studied music education with an emphasis
in choral and vocal performance.
During these years,
she toured, sang and studied music in Italy and she
refined her vocal technique through singing with the
MSU Chorale and Montanans. She also sang in choruses
and had parts in The Elixir of Love, Tosca,
Rigoletto, and The Magic Flute.
She was a NATS
awards winner every year in college as well as a
Madrigal Scholarship recipient, and Even Song Choral
Scholar. Upon graduation, Angie moved to Colorado
where she taught music for seven years. Angie has
experience teaching all grade levels and has taught
every music course imaginable - elementary music,
theory, guitar, beginning band, rock band, and all
types of choirs. Angie was thrilled to move back to
Montana in 2010 and has since been teaching music as
well as running the administrative aspects of Grace
Montessori Academy. Angie loves working with ROCK
where she gets a chance to work with devoted singers
at a young age. When she is not singing or working
Angie loves to spend time with her family, enjoying
the great outdoors, and living an active lifestyle.
