With Rimrock Opera, Ms Downing has performed the roles of Marcellina in The Marriage of Figaro, Wowkle in Girl of the Golden West, the Princess in Sister Angelica, and the third lady in The Magic Flute. She has also sung with the chorus in several Rimrock Opera productions and with Intermountain Opera in Bozeman. In addition to her work with Rimrock Opera, Ms. Downing sings with Con Spirito, Billings Symphony Chorale, High Plains Chamber Singers, and Mayflower Church Choir. Ms. Downing was the alto soloist for the Messiah Festival for three seasons and has performed with the Billings Symphony.
