In the 2009-2010 season, Gennard made his debut with Virginia Opera as Tonio in
La Fille du Régiment
, sang his first Ernesto in
Don Pasquale
with Asheville Lyric Opera, and returns to Rimrock Opera to sing Camille in
The Merry Widow
. In the summer of 2009, Gennard returned to Glimmerglass Opera's prestigious young artist program where he performed in
Latin Lovers
, a collaboration with Steven Blier and the New York Festival of Song. The previous summer at Glimmerglass Opera, Gennard covered the role of Tebaldo in

, covered Hortensio in

Other performances include tenor soloist in Schubert's Mass in Eb with Naugatuck Valley Symphony, a tour of Italy with the Alba Music Festival, singing Brahms' Liebeslieder Waltzes, Handel's Messiah and contemporary American repertoire, and a series of collaborative recitals in Connecticut in conjunction with First Presbyterian Church of Greenwich. Mr Lombardozzi has also sung as soloist in Mozart's Requiem, Mendelssohn's Judas Maccabaeus, Haydn's Creation, and Saint-Saëns Christmas Oratorio.
