Ashley Miller, soprano  (Ida)

This role is Ms. Miller’s solo debut with Rimrock Opera. A Billings native, she made her chorus debut with Rimrock Opera at fifteen and has appeared in The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni and La Traviata.  In high school she studied voice with Calie Mayte and was a finalist in NATS and Montana music festival competitions.

Ms. Miller has studied dance for thirteen years at the School of Classical Ballet. Her ballet performances include The Nutcracker, Western Symphony, Don Quixote, Who Cares, and Le Corsaire. 

She is currently a sophomore at Rocky Mountain College, pursuing a degree in Vocal performance with a minor in Italian.  Ms. Miller has studied opera with Giovanna Collica in Siracusa, Sicily, and currently studies with Lisa Lombardy of Billings.
