Costume Designer and Coordinator
Mrs. Wittmer has been the costume designer, coordinator for Rimrock Opera productions for over ten years.

She made her RO debut in 2009 with The Barber of Seville. Raised in eastern North Dakota, Loretta learned to sew from her mother at the age of eight, and continued with sewing in 4-H and high school. Mrs. Wittmer studied music as well.

Loretta has sewn for clients for over fifty years and has had shops in North Dakota and most recently, Loretta’s Sewing Room in Billings. Continually seeking to learn and experiment with sewing techniques and products, Loretta now enjoys the unique experience of working with the artists in Rimrock Opera and NOVA Center for the Performing Arts.
